Do your products contain nuts?
Yes, everything is made by hand on site in a kitchen that uses nuts and a lot of our product range contains nuts.

Do you use refined sugars?
No, all our products are refined sugar free. We use a range of sweetener alternatives including coconut sugar, coconut nectar + dates.

Are all of your products Organic?
Yes, all the products we make at ACE are Organic.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Nut Mylks / 6 days from being made + must be kept refrigerated

Raw Cookies / 4 weeks from date of production.

Cookie Dough Balls / 4 weeks from date of production.

Are all of your products gluten free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free however our shared kitchen space handles small amounts of gluten.

Where are you based?
We are based in Smith St, Collingwood from our shop ACE MYLKBAR where we hand make all our products.

When will I get my hands on ACE?
We use Australia Post to ship ACE, your order may take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. If you’re working to a deadline, head to the Australia Post website to check on estimated delivery date for your area before placing your order. If your order is required in a rush, just email us acemylkbar@gmail.com + we’ll look into other shipping alternatives for you x

How do I track my order?
Check your tracking number on the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, ACE is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customers responsibility to follow the tracking information provided + contact Australia Post to ensure the safe + timely delivery of your purchase. We will try our best to help you locate your order, however we will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned to us or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Sometimes your confirmation email will wind up in your junk or spam folders, please check these and all other folders in your inbox. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email acemylkbar@gmail.com to ensure you entered the correct email at checkout + our ACE team will assist you in resolving the issue.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please email our support team at acemylkbar@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will see what we can do but we can’t guarantee we will be able to make changes. Unfortunately we are not able to add any items or expedited shipping to your order, to do so you will have to create a new order.

Does ACE wholesale?

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently we ship our Raw Cookies + Cookie Dough Balls Australia wide. The rest of our product range is available for local delivery in Melbourne through our neighbours Fred Gets (enter link here). We are working on overseas shipping so please keep an eye out x
